WHO’S ROSE: We’re not industry titans, or top ranked bloggers, and our last name isn’t very famous (sorry to disappoint 😊). I’m just a woman in my 30’s that felt that women were paying too much for too little and I smartly dragged my husband into this little venture as a Co-Founder (mainly so I could make him shave his legs for a few months). We’ve grown a bit since starting Rose’s with just the two of us, but we don’t have any plans to change how we do things. We will always look to offer the best products at a fair price in a convenient package shipped to your doorstep. After all, I know just how busy you are ‘cause I’m living the dream too!
WHY DID WE START ROSE’S? Rose’s started out to solve a simple problem. Give women an affordable shaving option with high quality blades and handles that look and feel good. This was quite the task but it was all worth it. After all, we deal with high heels, glass ceilings, sick kids, oddball significant others and way too few hours in the day. And while shaving is a small but painful part of this existence, paying $5-$6 for a replacement blade that wears out quickly just seemed VERY wrong to us. So we changed that. $29.99 gets you 12 awesome refills and an amazing handle, with an additional discount for subscribing, all shipped right to you. It may not be world peace, but we’d like to think we are making Women’s’ lives just a little bit easier. If we can do that for you too, we’d be pretty darn happy!
SO WHAT’S NEXT? A lot actually! We have big plans for Rose’s. Our core goal is to provide killer products at fair prices, but beyond that, we’d like to advance the goals of womanhood. For us, that means two things specifically. First, we would like to work to ensure that women globally are treated fairly. It’s easy to forget that in the vast majority of the world women lack even basic rights like the right to vote, or even the right to drive. Second, we would like to help those women in the States who are returning to, or just entering the workforce get the jobs they need. This requires training, coaching, and in some cases, access to a great big network of people willing to help. As our membership grows we hope to create just that type of network.
Love,
The Rose's Razors Team
