Rose's Razors complies with the EU-U.S. privacy shield framework as set forth by the U.S. department of commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention when a customer and we have agreed by contract that transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) will be transferred and processed pursuant to the privacy shield for the relevant services. When conducting those activities on behalf of its EEA customers, Rose's Razors holds and/or processes personal information provided by the EEA customer at the direction of the customer. We will then be responsible for ensuring that third parties acting as an agent our behalf do the same.
With respect to personal information received or transferred pursuant to the privacy shield framework, Rose's Razors is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. federal trade commission. Information We Collect+
(a) Information you voluntarily provide to us: When you sign up for and use the services, consult with our customer service team, send us an email, post on our blog, or communicate with us in any way, you are voluntarily giving us information that we collect. That information may include either your or your name, physical address, email address, IP address, phone number, financial account information, as well as details including gender, occupation, location, purchase history, and other demographic information. Content of Communications+
When you send a communication, it may bounce from server to server as it crosses the internet. Along the way, server administrators can read what you send. For example, email was not built for confidential information. Please do not use our sites or services to send confidential information.
Sometimes we review the content of our customers’ communications to make sure they comply with our terms of use. To improve that process, we have software that helps us find communications that may violate our Terms. Our employees or independent contractors may review those particular communications. This benefits all customers who comply with our terms of use because, for example, it reduces the amount of spam being sent through our servers and helps us maintain high deliverability.
Notice of Breach of Security+
If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, then we will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.
Safeguarding Your Information+

All accounts with Rose's Razors requires a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only reset them.
We Operate in the United States +
Our servers and offices are located in the United States and your information or Personal data is transferred, stored and processed in the United States. By using our website or services, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this policy. Customer understands and agrees that We will not knowingly effectuate the transfer of Personal data in violation of any laws or regulations. We do not currently operate outside of the United States of America.
Accuracy of Data, Transparency, and Choice+
We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes (for example, if you have a new email address), then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information.

We will give an individual access to any personal information we hold about them within 30 days of any request for that information. Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about them by contacting us. Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any personal information about an individual from our servers at your request. There is no charge for an individual to access or update their personal information.

Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (a) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, email and mailing address and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’direct marketing purposes and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. Do Not Track Disclosure+
“Do not track” is a standard that is currently under development. Because it is not yet finalized, We adhere to the standards in this policy and does not monitor or follow any Do Not track browser requests.
Special rules for children. Because of federal law, we are not permitted to knowingly collect any personal information from a child under the age of thirteen without the consent of that child's parent or guardian. The statements in this privacy policy about our collection and use of personal information also apply to our treatment of personal information from children under the age of thirteen. Some elements of our services such as signing up for our services require the submission of a payment card number along with personal information in connection with a purchase; other elements of our services require the submission of personal information to access or use the services.
